Daughter of man who 'let 50 men rape his unconscious wife' breaks down and flees court as trial hears he also photographed HER while drugged and had a file on his computer named 'My Daughter Naked'
The daughter of the man who is accused of letting 50 men rape his unconscious wife fled court today after the trial heard he also photographed her while she was drugged. Caroline Darian, alongside her mother and two siblings, broke down, shaking uncontrollably, and had to be helped from the courtroom in Avignon as the trial president made the harrowing revelation. When police sifted through her father Dominique Pelicot's computer files, they stumbled across a sickening folder labelled 'My Daughter Naked', said Judge Roger Arata. It was believed that, as with his wife, Gisele, Pelicot had rendered Caroline unconscious with tranquilisers before lying her on a bed - partially dressed in her mother's clothes - and photographing her. The pictures had been taken at the family home near Paris, sometime before they moved south to Provence, in 2013.

Travellers 'trapped' in beachfront car park by concrete bollards are told they must pay £50 each for landlord to 'free' them
Malcolm Thorpe decided to take action after the group moved into the car park he owns at Bembridge Point, on the east coast of the Isle of Wight, and pitched up with their motorhomes. Mr Thorpe, who runs the harbour authority, blocked the exit off with 3ft high concrete bollards six weeks ago after claiming the travellers had 'mistreated' council-run toilets and left their waste in public. Now, amid an escalating row he has told the occupants of the 10 vehicles that they must pay a fee of £50 before they can leave.

EXCLUSIVEA terrible accident took my childhood in an instant, I grew up in care and flunked school. But now I've proved everyone wrong by becoming a doctor
As Rebecca Bradford - or Dr Rebecca Bradford, as she can now be called - walked onto the platform to accept her degree in medicine, there was no proud parent clapping her on. She did catch the eye of a member of the university staff, though, and the pride writ large on his face moved her to tears. 'He was a part of the 'widening participation' crew at the university, and had been part of my whole journey, involved in offering me a place to begin with,' she explains. 'If it hadn't been for him, I simply wouldn't have been there. As I walked up the stairs to the stage, I put my hand on my heart and said 'thank you'. Then I thought: 'Holy moly. I've done it.'

EXCLUSIVEPrince Harry 'showed he feels at home with the Spencers' by staying with uncle Charles on UK visit, royal experts say - after he turned down King Charles' invite to stay at Buckingham Palace
Prince Harry 'showed he feels at home with the Spencers' by staying with his uncle at Althorp House during his trip to the UK last week, a royal commentator said today. The Duke of Sussex is thought to have visited Charles Spencer at the ancestral home and final resting place of his late mother Princess Diana in Northamptonshire. Harry stayed with Charles, the 9th Earl Spencer, at Althorp after going to the funeral of Diana's brother-in-law Lord Robert Fellowes last Thursday, according to People. And royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told MailOnline today that Harry staying at Althorp 'emphasises his links with his mother's family' - far more so than with his father King Charles III as he remains estranged from most of the Royal Family. Last Thursday's service took place two days before the 27th anniversary of Diana's death on Saturday. Her final resting place is on an island on the Oval Lake at Althorp.
