Asking these 3 questions will keep you from... Burning out fast because you have no constraints Building a business that you end up hating because you never set a destination for it. Having clients that you can't stand because you don't know WHY you're doing this therefore you vaguely identified who you're doing it for. New coaches are launching then failing because of these 1 of 3 things. 1. You're launching and your offer is terrible so no one is buying. 2. You launch to crickets because your audience is filled with non-avatars 3. You're launching and you absolutely suck at selling knowledge online and need sales help. I find that all coaches that have failed launches fall into 1 of these 3 buckets. Never assume just because you can sell a million dollar house and generate 100s of wholeselling leads a day... That you can do the same for your coaching. It's a different game. With different psychographics to to trigger. I laugh really hard on the inside when investors tell me they have a sales background. But have never sold info products. Different game my man. We'll get you right though!

Real estate investors have a distinct advantage over the rest of the consulting industry. A few days ago... I was talking with a client. We were covering setters and how to properly manage them. During that conversation, I had an epiphany. Investors actually KNOW the people in their audiences. They have met them in the flesh. Which isn't true for most of the consulting industry. They rarely meet their online clients in person before they become clients. They meet in a bunch of ways. - local meetups - local REIA groups - Mastermind events and conferences - Viewing deals in their local areas So many ways that investors meet other investors. So, why is this a super power? You have the unique ability to make the deepest connection with your following. No matter how many zooms you do... Meeting you people in person is can't be beat. Here's my disclaimer... If you show up online as a totally different person. Faking it til you make it! That in-person meet up is going to be very.... AWKWARD! Here's my advice. Make sure your tone and voice on here... Aligns with who you REALLY are. It's important, especially for investos. It's a hard thing to bounce back when peple think things like... He seems so cool online. But he's soooo XX in-person. You've lost them after that.

Launching a digital produce is not hard. You're most likely overthinking it. Here's all you need to get started. - laptop - platform with an audience. - Experience that others want - A packaged offer that entices them to buy - Zoom Account to hold your coaching calls - YT account to host your training videos Once you start making money... You can start thinking about the other less critical things... Such as... 👉Landing pages 👉Email Campaigns 👉Automations 👉Paid Communities ETC... Get the pockets filled before you start spending money on things that don't put cash in the bank.

The education industry is 100s of years old. People have been selling information for centuries. Books Events Secret Societies Seminars People have been paying to attain information as far back as you can remember. Knowing is power. The only thing different today is... We're all online. It's digitized information. This is an industry that will never die. Why? Becuase there will always be someone that knows more than you do. And if the information is valuable enough... You'll pay to attain it. Even more... You'll pay to have them guide you through implementing the information. If you think you missed the boat. HAHAHAHA This party is just getting started.

At 16 I knew a 9 to 5 wasn't for me. So how did I end up working one for 7 years? Lack of mentorship. Even though I knew the life I wanted. No one in my proximity had achieved it. Therefore I had no idea it was even real. This was years before YT and Internet gurus. I didn't know online coaching existed until 2018. Thank God my employer invested in my development. Or I would have never seen the light. The first time I saw an ad account that brought in a client 80k in one month. I knew I had to make a change. This was my way out. ❌Out of the 9 to 5 grind. ❌Out of 30 min lunch breaks ❌Out of grinding just to make 40k a year. I was done. In 2019 I officially went all in on consulting. Millions of $$ made since and I've never looked back. There's nothing like selling information. NOTHING!

SCALING YOUR CONSULTING BUSINESS FOR THE LONG TERM pt.4 Let's dive into building offers that maximize your LTV. We've built offers at every level... We'll actually be launching a new introductory offer here soon. Keep your eyes open for that! Let's get to it: 💎Step 1: Start Hight Ticket Build a high ticket offer that sales FIRST. Why? Because your company is CASH... Or you don't have a company. It's the fastest way to stack your business bank account. And you need less delivery systems for low volume of clients. This can take you to multi 6 figures a year. 💎Step 2: Build your MRR offer This is usually going to be a HIGHER ticket item. With a longer runway. Like 6 to 12 months. A offer that you can sell to your Core Offer clients that solves the problem the success you got them caused. Because that's the reality. There's always a new problem to solve. It's the reason we get paid the big bucks fam. We're good at solving high level problems. And that's why they'll need you and your resources longer than just 90 days. 90 days is building the foundations and proving your concept works. Then they need the systems to build out something that can last years.... decades. 💎Step 3:Build a Low Ticket Product This is where you can begin building out some low ticket products. You've had time to get direct client feedback and optimize portions of your client journey. To a point where videos and pdfs are solid ways to get your clients a result. Sell these to the top of the funnel people that are just getting to know you. Examples: ➡️ Books ➡️ Mini Courses ➡️ Guides ➡️ E-books These can be links in your bios on social media. OR something you run paid ads to and acquire paying customers. Last but not least... The subscription plan. This can be a in-between in two separately places of the client journey. Those who buy the low ticket that just want low level access to your other resources. Those that finish the 90 days and aren't ready to jump into the MRR program yet. I call it the gray area offer. Where you can continue to nurture them for the next step or NOT. I am thinking about putting together a masterclass on this stuff... The person that will spend 100k with you. 2. The person that will spend 10k 3. The person that will spend 100 to 200 4. The person that will spend 10 to 90 bucks When your business is mature... You want to be serving all the levels. Maximizing your earning potential in the market. Catching the 10k buyer at levels 3 and 4 as well. Increasing your LTV (lifetime value).
